Hall of Fame Rise Up unlocks at 99 Standing Dunk and 70 Vertical. The full ladder is Bronze at 60 Standing Dunk and 55 Vertical; Silver at 81 Standing Dunk and 62 Vertical; Gold at 90 Standing Dunk and 66 Vertical; Hall of Fame at 99 Standing Dunk and 70 Vertical.
What height can equip Rise Up?
Rise Up can be equipped by builds from 6'5 - 7'4 in NBA 2K27. Outside that range the badge does not appear in your list at all, no matter how high the attribute is.
