What you are paying for

Four things on this site cost money, and none of them is the data. Every measured green window, every hold table and every video stays free, for everyone, always.

Priority jumpshot test - $5

Every jumper here is measured by hand on a real rig, one shot at a time, by a person. That is the slow part and it is the only thing worth charging for. $5 moves one open request to the front of that queue.

• It buys a position, not a delivery date. The rig is one PC and one person. Nights get lost to game updates and hardware. We will not promise you a time we cannot keep, so we do not promise one at all.
• Your results are published free on the public board, exactly like every other jumper. You are not buying private data or an advantage over anyone.
• Paid requests are marked on the board with a NEXT UP tag. Nobody is misled about why a jumper is at the top.
• Anyone can pay for any open request, including one somebody else submitted. Requests for the same recipe are merged, so it is usually a shared ask.
• Among paid requests the order is still votes, then oldest. Paying buys the front of the queue, not a permanent seat above everyone who pays later.

Refunds

If we cannot measure it, you get your money back. That includes a screenshot we cannot read, a recipe that does not exist in the game, and a build that cannot legally equip the base.

And if you change your mind before we have measured it, ask and you get refunded. No conditions and no argument. Email 2kjumpershq@gmail.com with the email you paid from.

If two people happen to pay for the same jumper at the same moment, only the first gets the slot and the second is refunded automatically - we are told when it happens.

VOD Review - $45

Coach Lance watches one full game you send, start to finish, and records one breakdown talking over the film, built around the three focus areas you picked. You get it as a Google Drive link at the email you paid with.

• One game per order. Send a Twitch or YouTube link to the whole game.
• Turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from payment.
• If the link does not work or is not a full game, we email you to fix it. If it cannot be fixed, you get a full refund.
• Changed your mind before the review is recorded? Email 2kjumpershq@gmail.com and you get a full refund.

Playbooks - $19

A playbook is a set of Coach Lance's plays you read on this site. Every play animates on a court: you press play, pause it, scrub it and watch it again as many times as you want. It is not a file, a download or a PDF.

• Access is by email. You pay with an email, then sign in with Google using that same address and the playbook opens. Bought it with a different address than you sign in with? Email 2kjumpershq@gmail.com and we move it over.
• One payment, no subscription. It stays on your account.
• It is for you. Sharing your sign-in, or re-publishing the plays as your own, is what we will close an account for.
• Refunds: if you cannot get into a playbook you paid for, you get your money back. Because you can see all of it the moment it opens, we do not refund a playbook you have already opened just because you did not like it - the page tells you the play count and what is in it before you pay.

Support the lab

The Support button is a tip. It buys nothing, unlocks nothing and gives no advantage. Pay what you like. If you sent it by mistake, email us and we will refund it.

Paying

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Card details never touch this site and we never see them. Your card statement will show 2K Jumpers.

If you are under 18, ask whoever owns the card first. If a payment was made on someone else's card without permission, email us and we will refund it - that is faster and friendlier for everyone than a chargeback.

What we are not

2K Jumpers is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Take-Two Interactive, 2K, Visual Concepts or the NBA. All timings are measured by us on retail hardware and can change when the game is patched.
